Termination Of Services

DM4PM.com is owned and operated by Mad Capper Studios, Inc.

This Termination of Services Policy explains how cancellation, suspension, account closure, and post-termination procedures work for all DM4PM and ScoreBig CRM customers. This Policy is part of—and fully governed by—our Terms of Service.

By using any DM4PM service, you agree to this policy.

1. How to Request Cancellation

To cancel your DM4PM subscription or any add-on services, you must provide at least 30 days’ written notice through an approved DM4PM cancellation channel.

Approved cancellation channels include:

  • email to support@dm4pm.com
  • your DM4PM customer support page 
  • Self-cancellation inside of ScoreBig CRM > Settings > Billing > Cancel

Verbal, text, and Slack cancellations are not accepted.

2. Your Access After You Cancel

After you submit a valid written cancellation request, your access generally remains active until the later of:

  • 30 days after your written notice is received, or
  • the end of your current paid billing cycle

If you request earlier shutdown in writing, access may end sooner. Clients who request early shutdown should do so only if they do not need further offboarding help, exports, or transfer assistance.

During your offboarding period, you may:

  • use your CRM as permitted under your active subscription
  • export available client data
  • download allowable client-owned materials
  • request Sleep Mode instead of full cancellation
  • provide final instructions for phone numbers and other account-transition items

If you request offboarding assistance and required offboarding items remain unresolved as your next billing cycle approaches, additional charges may apply until the requested work is completed or the services are fully shut down.

DM4PM is not responsible for data not exported before your final access date or for offboarding tasks that cannot be completed because a client requested early shutdown.

3. Offboarding Checklist

Before your offboarding is completed, please confirm the following:

  • Whether you want to keep the account in Sleep Mode or fully cancel it
  • Whether you need to export contacts, conversations, opportunities, reports, or other available client data
  • Whether any DM4PM-provisioned phone numbers should be ported, moved, or released
  • Whether all lead sources and integrations have been updated to remove any DM4PM managed routing or receiving addresses
  • Whether you are requesting immediate shutdown or continued access through the applicable offboarding period

4. Phone Number Handling

If your account includes DM4PM- or ScoreBig-provisioned phone numbers, you must provide written instructions for those numbers before offboarding is completed.

Depending on the situation, phone numbers may be:

  • ported to another provider,
  • moved to another compatible account or provider, or
  • released and canceled.

Phone number transfer requests are not complete until all required documentation and destination details have been submitted. If no valid instructions are received by the required deadline, numbers may be canceled as part of the offboarding process.

5. Lead Source and Integration Cleanup

Before termination is completed, clients are responsible for updating any external lead sources, forwarding rules, and integrations that send leads, messages, or notifications into the DM4PM / ScoreBig system.

This includes replacing any DM4PM managed receiving addresses or routing destinations that are no longer intended to remain active after termination.

Failure to complete this step may result in missed leads, failed routing, or lost communications after account shutdown.

6. Sleep Mode (Pause Instead of Cancel)

Instead of canceling, eligible clients may place their account into Sleep Mode for $47 per month.

Sleep Mode is designed for clients who may return later but do not want to lose their setup or start over.

What Sleep Mode preserves:

  • CRM setup
  • historical data
  • workflows
  • pipelines
  • tags
  • templates assigned to your account
  • key account customizations

What Sleep Mode may disable or pause:

  • active campaign sending
  • automations running
  • SMS sending
  • email sending
  • phone call features
  • add-on service work

If you do not choose Sleep Mode, your account and data may be deleted. Data recovery after deletion may not be possible.

7. Full Cancellation & Data Deletion

If you choose full cancellation, the following occurs after your final access date:

A. Your account is permanently closed

All ScoreBig CRM features stop working.

B. Your data may be permanently deleted

This includes:

  • Contacts
  • Conversations
  • Notes
  • Automations
  • Workflows
  • Pipelines
  • Internal forms
  • Reporting data
  • Integrations
  • Call/SMS/email history

Data recovery after deletion may not be possible.

C. No DM4PM assets may be used after cancellation

This includes:

  • Video library content
  • Social media library content
  • ScoreBig CRM templates
  • Scripts, workflows, automations
  • Non-branded video assets
  • System videos or campaigns
  • Any proprietary content from Mad Capper Studios, Inc.

Continued use without a license or subscription constitutes intellectual property infringement.

D. Custom-branded videos

You may continue using custom videos created for your business only, as long as:

  • They include your branding
  • They were delivered to you
  • They do not contain DM4PM templates, overlays, or elements not licensed to you

Non-branded DM4PM video assets remain the property of Mad Capper Studios, Inc. and cannot be reused outside an active subscription unless you purchase a perpetual license.

8. Refund Policy (Important)

There are no refunds for:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Add-on services
  • Usage fees (SMS, phone, email)
  • Purchased add-on deliverables
  • Ad spend or third-party costs
  • Partial months
  • Account cancellations
  • Missed appointments or calls

Setup Fee Guarantee

The setup fee is refundable only under the Limited Performance Guarantee defined in the Terms of Service and requires:

  • Full participation
  • All requested assets provided
  • 8 of 12 onboarding calls attended
  • All access granted
  • No delays caused by the client
  • 90–120 day window for eligibility
  • DM4PM is failing to deliver the promised setup

If any client-caused delays occur, the guarantee is void.

9. Company-Initiated Suspension or Termination

DM4PM may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • Payment is overdue by more than 30 days
  • You violate the Terms of Service
  • You send spam or violate SMS/email compliance
  • Your account causes Twilio, Mailgun, SmartLead, or any platform to issue warnings
  • You engage in abusive or illegal activity
  • You misuse the CRM
  • You replicate, copy, or steal DM4PM intellectual property
  • You publicly disparage DM4PM without attempting internal resolution
  • You engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior
  • You refuse to follow A2P/TCPA/CAN-SPAM guidelines
  • Your actions endanger platform performance or legal compliance

Suspension does not pause or refund billing.

10. Third-Party Platform Consequences

Your DM4PM account may be impacted by external systems such as:

  • Twilio
  • Mailgun
  • Google
  • Facebook
  • SmartLead
  • Yelp
  • Yext
  • HighLevel infrastructure

You understand that:

  • DM4PM does not control these platforms
  • Account suspensions, bans, or outages caused by your usage are your responsibility
  • DM4PM is not liable for lost campaigns, deliverability issues, or downtime caused by third parties

Repeated violations of these external systems may result in the termination of your DM4PM account.

11. Exporting Your Data Before Termination

Before your account closes, you may export:

  • Contacts
  • Pipeline data
  • Conversations
  • Form submissions
  • Calendar appointments
  • Opportunities
  • Tags
  • Email/SMS logs (where available)

DM4PM will not export data on your behalf unless contracted in a separate paid service.

Data recovery after deletion may not be possible.

12. Reinstating a Closed Account

If you wish to return after full cancellation:

  • A new setup fee may be required
  • Automations and customizations will not be restored automatically
  • A new ScoreBig account may need to be created
  • Previously delivered DM4PM assets may require re-licensing

If you were suspended for compliance violations, reinstatement is not guaranteed.
