Stage 1

Purchase Complete

You’ve successfully purchased ScoreBig CRM and your account has been automatically created.

Stage 2

Onboarding Form Submitted

Status: Completed

Great job! We now have all the business details we need to move forward.

Stage 3

Website Integration & Compliance

Status: In Progress

We emailed the Website Integration & Compliance Setup steps to the contact you provided.

Once these tasks are completed, we’ll move forward to texting approval.

Stage 4

A2P Texting Approval

Status: Waiting

Once the website tasks are finished:

  • We’ll submit your business for A2P approval
  • Your registered agent will receive a verification code
  • You’ll forward that code to us to finalize this step

Approval normally takes 1–3 days.

Stage 5

Phone Number Setup

Status: Not Started

After A2P is approved, you’ll receive a short email showing how to:

  • Purchase your ScoreBig phone number
  • Complete identity verification
  • Set up forwarding and assign the number to your team
Stage 6

Final Testing & Go-Live

Status: Not Started

Our team will test your workflows, messaging, integrations, and routing.

Once everything is confirmed, we’ll notify you that you’re ready to go live.
